    Just tried this. Not bad, but not a whole lot of flavor down in the meat. I might try again with a brining step ahead of time, and then putting a rub on the meat before baking.

    The sauce is awesome, however mine were pretty dry. Leaving the oven the ribs were 168 degrees I then put them on a hot grill (maybe the cause) for a few minutes a side just long enough to get color and coat them with sauce say 6 minutes total. What are things I can try to make them more tender?

    I just pulled mine off the grill and we tried them and they were absolutely delicious so juicy and tender and the sauce was the best these are my new go to ribs recipe. Thanks Sam for the amazing recipe for ribs
