I’m lazy, I just buy fresh pita from the store but I add garlic and olive oil, touch of salt and pepper, feta cheese and to me is just as good as restaurant (almost). Key is good olive oil and do not overheat. I use good bit of olive oil to keep it from drying out. Only takes 5 minutes in oven at 300.
