Description how long to cook turkey meatloaf at 375

Learn how to make a quick and easy, moist and tender turkey meatloaf! Perfectly seasoned and topped with a sweet and tangy sauce, baked to perfection. No more dry and pasty turkey meatloaf! And yes you can use beef if you wish, it turns out just as delicious. 🙂

What you’ll need:
1 lb (450g) ground turkey (stay away from the rolls)
2/3 c. (80g) dry breadcrumbs (or use crushed crackers, croutons, stuffing mix, etc)
2 Tbsp dried minced onion (or 1/2 small onion, minced)
3/4 c. (180ml) milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper (such as Lawry’s)
black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, fold ingredients together just until the mixture is combined. Place onto a foil lined cookie sheet and pat out into a rectangle about 1 1/2″ thick, leaving a shallow ditch in the center for the sauce.

For the sauce:
1/3 c. (80g) ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard

Mix together and spread evenly on top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf in a preheated 350*F oven (175*C) for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160*F (70*C) or the juices run clear. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving to keep it as moist as possible. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!!

It’s great! I need softer foods these days but need to get my protein in, oh my god, amazing!!! Also, I added Trader Joes onion salt and it turned out really good. It kinda tastes like a soft and flavorful chicken nugget which, I’m all about.

I make this recipe often and as plain as it may seem, it really is quite flavorful. I also saw a comment about placing this in the refrigerator for an hour and then shaping it. That is a 100% must, shaping is so much easier that way.

  3. JUSTINE

I had to make only one change to this and used crushed pork rinds instead of bread crumbs. I couldn’t find any without 200 ingredients of I don’t know what lol, so I used pork rinds. This recipe is the best ever love it!!!

  4. Rhondas Place

I made this added sauteed onions and bell pepper. My husband said this was best meatloaf he had ever eaten. This was my first time making meatloaf. I've always dreaded cooking one because he loves my mother's recipe do much. We would just have her make it. She is no longer living so I attempted to try. I think she would be proud tfs. Will be making this often

I took this out of the oven a few minutes ago. Smells great!!! My husband works second shift, so he will eat some when he gets home. Unfortunately, I can only eat a couple of little bites because I have dysphagia. It tastes really good. My husband will eat it up in no time. I made some of that diet cabbage soup for him a couple days ago. You think I'm trying to give him a hint, lol
