    May 2021 So Goog! I had a flank steak and no idea how to fix it. I found you searching for a recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand so it was a go. The only thing I did differently was to blend The garlic and marinade before putting in the bag. This was so good thank you for the help!

    Doesn't look anything like the picture. If you marinate this with lemon, you are basically cooking the meat with the juice and it won't brown when you put it in the oven. This is basically a steamed steak or stew.

    wow. I'm dumbfounded. he seems to know his stuff.. but then didn't bother to sear the steak, cut with the grain after not allowing it to rest at room temp. This is basically a boiled meat recipe!
    But he seemed so sure of himself. And that's a nice kitchen!
