    I'm making eggs right now in the insta pot duo crisp….it's my very first thing I'm making in there. Will it beep or something when the first 5 minutes is up or do I have to watch it the whole time?

    I take a pencil and mark a B on top and put them back in carton and put them in refrigerator. I put the H B on the outside of carton and family didn’t pay attention and grab the uncooked eggs as you can guess the results of cracking them was not happy.

    Try this. I saw Tammy on Collard Valley Cooks do this and I tried it and was BLOWN AWAY!!! Bring water to a boil first, then gently spoon in cold eggs right from the refrigerator. Bring back to boil and set timer for 12 minutes. Take from heat and run cold water from the tap into the pan until the water is cooled. Gently crack the shells all over and start peeling. The shells practically fall off the eggs with very little effort. AMAZING! Try it!
