1st bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes
2nd bake at 450 degrees 10-15 minutes

Ingredients
10 chicken thighs (or desired amount chicken )

Salt bath
1/2 cup of water
1 Tbs salt
1/2 Tbs Black pepper
1/2 Tbs Paprika
1/2 Tbs ground cumin

Oil coating blend
3 Tbs canola oil (or enough oil to coat chicken)
1/8 Tsp sugar (or small pinch)

    I’m a sucker for thick thighs. Never cooked them skin on so this was fun to try.

    Things to note for next time:

    – buy quality thighs. The thighs I got barely had any skin and it was falling off. This recipe crisped the skin perfectly (the trick is the brush with oil) but I was left with this little crispy delicious bit of skin, and a flavorless thigh 🙁

    – reused the jus, pouring it over the finished product AFTER it was cut up, like gravy, was delicious.

    I’ll definitely be making this again with better quality thighs.

    Loved this video 😻😻😻 also your disclaimer about being mexican with slanted eyes 😹😹😹 my man is mexican and he got them same slant too ❤️🥰❤️. I’m Taiwanese but my eyes be like 😳 lol. Cant wait to make these crispy chicken for dinner manana. xx
